The bank has to see some income curtailment, a hardship letter and some income as well as some lifestyle cost cutting measures to grant relief. They don't want your home, or property... but they just can't help everyone. The services we offer include providing an overview for a specific property, helping to write a hardship letter, get a market analysis or a certified appraisal, as well as other helpful suggestions.
